Accessibility Services in General Conditions 15
What Ofcom expect from us
Sky provides specific services for Sky Talk customers who have accessibility requirements, as detailed by Ofcom in General Condition 15 (GC15), such as:
- Free of charge, Directory Information and Directory Enquiry Facilities
- Access to a Relay Service where our customer needs to make or receive calls in text format
- Access to Emergency Services, Operator Assistance and a Directory Enquiry service using short code numbers
- A priority fault repair service for registered Accessibility customers who have a genuine need for an urgent repair
- Working with an authorised registered customer’s nominee to manage their account on their behalf
- For our visually impaired customers we can provide billing in a format to suit, either electronically, in large print or Braille
