We support all special short code Operator Assistance services including: 195 – free directory enquiries for people who have difficulties reading or handling the Phone Book; 180 01 – to make calls using a text phone; 180 00 – to make a 999 call on a textphone; 180 02 – for using a standard telephone to call someone using a textphone; and 180 011471 – displays the person that called last on a textphone.
