Question

I usually pay the same amount every month, why is my bill different this month?

Answer

You may have changed your package, for instance have you added Sky Movies or Sky Sports, or maybe you have ordered a Sky Box Office movie?

You can check the details of your bill by using the interactive button on your remote control and choosing Customer Service Section. You will be asked for your 4 digit pin number and then you will have access to your account.
