Follow these steps to contact a Sky Accessible Customer Service advisor using BSL:
Step 1: Click on the SignVideo BSL Live icon or this link
Step 2: Connect to a SignVideo interpreter and tell them you are calling Sky customer service
Step 3: You will then be connected to an Accessible Customer advisor
Please note: This video relay service is hosted and provided by SignVideo. The first time you use this service you will need to download a one-off plug-in which is necessary to enable high quality video and to ensure data security.
